Every year, we publish reports using data provided to us by electricity and gas licence holders. The reports examine trends in energy retail and distribution for small use customers across Western Australia. The purpose of the reports is to inform energy stakeholders about emerging trends and to improve transparency. For the 2024/25 reporting year, we have published four mini-reports to provide observations on trends as well as simple explanations of energy sector concepts and definitions.
In 2025, we developed two dashboards to make the data we collect more accessible for a wider audience. The retail and distribution dashboards visualise licensee data we have collected since 2014.
