Every year the ERA publishes a water performance report which examines the performance of water licensees. The report includes information from water and sewerage licensees operating supply schemes with more than 1,000 connected properties and information from the State’s two largest irrigators.
The purpose of the reports is to bring transparency and accountability to the performance of water licensees.
In 2019, the ERA has decided to discontinue the publication of the water performance report. The 2018 performance data for water and sewerage supply schemes with 10,000 or more connections can be found in the National Performance Report 2017-18: Urban Water Utilities. The performance report is available on the Bureau of Meteorology’s website. The 2018 performance data for water and sewerage supply schemes with 1,000 to 9,999 connections (minor towns) can be found on the ERA’s website.
