The ERA approved amendments to the Code regarding life support provisions which came into effect on 1 July 2013.
During the 2012 review of the Code the life support provisions in the Code were discussed. The ECCC held a forum to continue discussions surrounding the life support provisions in the Code and made further recommendations to the ERA in relation to the life support provisions in the Code.
