The Gas Marketing Code Consultative Committee (GMCCC) is a statutory committee established by the ERA to undertake reviews of the Gas Marketing Code of Conduct and provide advice on proposed amendments to the Code that have been referred to it by the ERA.
Amendments to the Code came into effect on 1 January 2026 following the most recent, which was completed in May 2025. The Code is available on the WA Legislation website.
The ERA will appoint a new GMCCC membership to undertake the next Code review. Past committee memberships are listed in the final review reports for each respective review.
