Western Power originally submitted an amended metrology procedure on 1 October 2021 to the ERA for review. During the ERA’s initial review, it became apparent that further changes were required to the procedure. Western Power then consulted with interested parties and submitted an updated document on 26 November 2021. Western Power’s tracked change version shows the tracked changes submitted on 1 October in Blue and the subsequent changes tracked in Red.

Registration Process for Meter Installation Providers
On 10 March 2006, Western Power submitted to the ERA:
- application for approval of registration process (and attachment) and
- proposed contractor connect scheme
On 22 May 2006 the ERA agreed to a request from Western Power to withdraw its proposed contractor connect scheme as a metering service provider registration scheme.
