Gas Marketing Code of Conduct Review 2011

A review of the Gas Marketing Code of Conduct was undertaken in 2011. The ERA took advice from the independent Gas Marketing Code Consultative Committee to re-assess the suitability of the provisions of the Code. The GMCCC undertook public consultation on the Code and considered the responses in formulating its advice to the ERA.

The Gas Marketing Code of Conduct 2012 was gazetted on 26 June 2012.
