Under the Electricity System and Market (ESM) Rules, Western Power must notify the ERA when it issues an exemption notice under clause 3A.3.1 or revokes an exemption notice under clause 3A.3.3.
The ESM Rules require the ERA to publish a list of Exempt Transmission Connected Generating Systems and update that list when it receives exemption and revocation notifications from Western Power.
