Segregation Arrangements

A railway owner must make arrangements to segregate its access-related functions from its other functions, and must have appropriate controls and procedures to ensure that the measures in place operate effectively and are complied with.

2017 Review

The ERA approved amended Segregation Arrangements proposed by The Public Transport Authority. The ERA invited public comment on the proposed amended Segregation Arrangements on 9 February 2018.  No submissions were received by the ERA.
