In 201,1 the ERA undertook an inquiry into the benefits and costs associated with the provision of shared corporate services within the public sector. The ERA invited submissions from public sector agencies, the relevant unions and private sector partners of the Office of Shared Services. The submissions received were treated as confidential.
The ERA’s final report was delivered to the Treasurer on 10 June 2011 and tabled in Parliament on 7 July 2011.
