2016 Arrangements to Transition Operation of WA Gas Retail Market Scheme to AEMO

In 2016 the Retail Energy Market Company submitted a rule change proposal to the ERA proposing to transition responsibility for operation of the Western Australian gas retail market scheme from the Retail Energy Market Company to the Australian Energy Market Operator, effective from 31 October 2016.
