Under the Wholesale Electricity Market Rules, Western Power must notify the ERA when it issues an exemption notice under clause 3A.3.1 or revokes an exemption notice under clause 3A.3.3.
The Wholesale Electricity Market Rules require the ERA to publish a list of Exempt Transmission Connected Generating Systems and update that list when it receives exemption and revocation notifications from Western Power.
