Under section 28 of the Energy Industry (Rule Change Panel) Regulations 2016, by 31 August each year the Rule Change Panel is required to provide the Minister for Energy with a report on its general activities during the previous financial year.
The report for the 2018/19 financial year was provided to the Minister for Energy on 29 August 2019 and tabled in Parliament on 5 September 2019.
