Microeconomic Reform (2014)

In 2014 the ERA conducted an inquiry into microeconomic reform in Western Australia. The inquiry focused on identifying reforms that the Western Australian Government could introduce to encourage the growth of a more efficient and productive State economy.

Throughout the consultation process the ERA received 156 submissions in response to its issues paper, discussion paper and draft report. The submissions are available on our website.

The ERA's final report was presented to the Treasurer on 30 June 2014, and was tabled in Parliament on 28 July 2014.

To assist readers we have published a series of fact sheets and provided individual chapters of the report for download. The videos below also summarise the draft and final reports.
