In 2005, the ERA undertook an inquiry on the cost of supplying bulk potable water to Kalgoorlie-Boulder. The ERA received 42 public submissions in response to a draft report. Submissions received as part of that process that were able to be made public are published below.
The ERA’s final report was tabled in Parliament on 09 November 2005.
