The ERA received proposals for allowable revenue from the Independent Market Operator and System Management (a segregated unit of Western Power Corporation). The ERA also received proposals for the Ancillary Service Margin Peak and Margin Off-Peak parameters, and the Ancillary Service Cost LR parameter from System Management.
The ERA prepared two issues papers to assist parties wishing to make submissions, which were:
- a paper for the Independent Market Operator and System Management’s allowable revenue
- a paper for the Ancillary Service Margin Peak, Margin Off-Peak and Cost LR parameters.
The ERA published its determinations on 1 April, 2010.
