Delorean Energy holds an electricity retail licence and is authorised to sell electricity to large use business customers through Western Power's distribution network.
Between 4 May 2018 and 27 January 2023 Delorean Energy was also authorised to sell electricity to small use business customers.
The licence was granted under the name of CleanTech Energy Pty Ltd and was changed to the trading name of Delorean Energy Retail on 8 December 2021.
Delorean Energy has not had any customers since 3 July 2023.
