Regulatory Information Notices

Under section 48 of the National Gas Law, the ERA served a regulatory information notice (RIN) on ATCO Gas Australia Pty Ltd (ATCO) to provide information relating to its performance during its current access arrangement period.

The RIN specified the information required to be provided by ATCO on areas including demand, capital and operating expenditure, revenue and expenses, key performance indicators and pipeline information.

ATCO is required to provide this information on an annual basis to enable the ERA to monitor ATCO's progress against its access arrangement and to inform future access arrangement reviews.
