On 31 March 2004 AlintaGas Networks Ltd (AGN) submitted proposed revisions to the access arrangement for the Mid-West and South-West Gas Distribution Systems for the second access arrangement period.
The ERA issued a draft decision on 28 February 2005 to not approve AGN’s proposed revisions. In response to the draft decision, AGN submitted amended access arrangement information and amended revisions to the access arrangement on 27 May and 10 June 2005, respectively.
On 12 July 2005, the ERA published its final decision to not approve AGN’s proposed amended revisions and amended access arrangement information.
On 29 July 2005 AGN submitted revised amended access arrangement revisions and access arrangement information in response to the final decision. A further version of the revised access arrangement was submitted by AGN on 9 August 2005, which corrected some non-material errors.
The ERA issued a further final decision on 10 August 2005 approving AGN’s amended revisions and access arrangement information submitted in response to the final decision; and determined the access arrangement start date as 25 August 2005.
Note: In February 2009 the ERA extended the revision submission date for the approved access arrangement from 31 March 2009 to 30 September 2009. The extension was made in response to a request from WA Gas Networks Pty Ltd (WAGN) as the service provider for the Mid-West and South-West Gas Distribution Systems at that time.
