Under section 48 of the National Gas Law, the ERA served a regulatory information notice (RIN) on DBNGP (WA) Transmission Pty Ltd (DBP) to provide information relating to its performance during its access arrangement period.
The RIN specified the information required to be provided by DBP on areas including demand, capital and operating expenditure, revenue and expenses, key performance indicators and the E factor benchmark.
DBP is required to provide this information on an annual basis to enable the ERA to monitor DBP's progress against its access arrangement and to inform future access arrangement reviews.
