The ERA publishes consolidated annual performance data for small water supply and sewerage schemes with less than 10,000 connections, as well as the State’s three licensed irrigators. These licensees report against indicators in the ERA’s performance indicators and definitions handbook, which is updated annually and available on the regulatory guidelines page of the website.
Performance data for the Water Corporation, Busselton Water, Aqwest and the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is available in the National Performance Report – Urban Water Utilities, which is published by the Bureau of Meteorology (refer to the links section of this page). Part B of the NPR report, which is a spreadsheet of the consolidated data from water service providers around the country, is usually published in December each year. Part A of the report, which provides commentary and analysis on the data, is usually published in February.
Up until 2024, the Water Corporation provided data on its eight largest schemes (schemes with more than 10,000 connections) to the Bureau of Meteorology and data on its 34 minor towns to the ERA. From 2025 onwards, the Water Corporation has reported the data for the 34 minor towns to the Bureau instead of the ERA. The below spreadsheet contains data for the Water Corporation’s minor towns from 2014 to 2024.
