Synergy holds a gas trading licence and is authorised to sell gas to small use business customers in the Coastal, Goldfields-Esperance and Great Southern supply areas, including the Perth metropolitan area. Synergy is not permitted to supply gas to customers who consume less than 180 gigajoules of gas per year - this is mainly residential customers.
Synergy reports annually on the performance indicators set by the ERA. The data is available on our WA energy retailer dashboard.
