The Electricity Code Consultative Committee (ECCC) is a statutory committee established by the ERA to undertake reviews of the Code of Conduct for the Supply of Electricity to Small Use Customers and provide advice on proposed amendments to the Code that have been referred to it by the ERA.
The ECCC concluded a review of the Code in 2025, producing Draft Review and Final Review Reports, which can be found on the 2024 Electricity Code Review page. The review resulted in an amended Code, which is available on the WA Legislation website.
The ERA is preparing to appoint a new ECCC membership to undertake the next Electricity Code review. Past committee memberships are listed in the final review reports for each respective review.
