The Shire of Lake Grace provides non-potable water and sewerage services to customers in the township of Lake Grace.
The Shire currently has a class exemption for small local government sewerage and/or non-potable water services providers exempting them from requiring a water services licence. The current exemption is due to expire on 30 June 2027. If the Shire's exemption is not renewed then they will be required to apply for a new water licence.
