The ERA has published its draft determination on 23 March 2026. The consultation period closed on 21 April 2026. We have received a late submission from Synergy on 24 April 2026.
We are reviewing Synergy’s submission and have provided additional consultation on a proposed approach to indexation to allow interested parties to comment. This additional consultation will close on 8 May 2026.
The ERA will publish our final determination by 1 June 2026.
