The ERA is required to publish our final determination by 1 June 2026 under the Electricity System and Market Rules. We have published the final determination on 21 May 2026.
Prior to that, the ERA has published its draft determination on 23 March 2026. The consultation period closed on 21 April 2026. We have received a late submission from Synergy on 24 April 2026.
We have reviewed Synergy’s submission and provided additional consultation on a proposed approach to indexation to allow interested parties to comment. This additional consultation was closed on 8 May 2026 and we received no submissions or commentary.
