The ERA has prepared a new WEM Procedure on Portfolio Determination to apply in the new Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) from 1 October 2023.
The new WEM Procedure is required by clause 2.16D.15 of the WEM Rules consolidated companion version (29 April 2023).
The ERA’s consultation period on the Procedure Change Proposal closed on 18 July 2023. Submissions received are published below with the Procedure Change Report and the updated WEM Procedure.
