The ERA has conducted its five year review of the process to determine the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) for regulated railways in Western Australia.
As part of this process the ERA has published its final determination for the 2023 rail WACC.
On 31 May the ERA sought stakeholder feedback on the draft determination. One submission was received and is available below.
After considering stakeholder feedback the ERA published a final determination for the 2023 rail WACC, based on the period to 30 June 2023.
