The Gas Services Information (GSI) Rules 167.1 require the ERA to publish a report at least once every six months setting out a summary for the preceding six months of:
- proceedings that have been brought before the Electricity Review Board (ERB)
- findings of the ERB on matters referred to it
- orders made by the ERB
- civil penalties imposed under regulation 16 of the Gas Services Information Regulations 2012, where the ERB has not set these aside.
The ERA has adopted a report structure which combines its reporting obligations under the GSI Rules and the Wholesale Electricity Market Rules into one report.
