Each year, the ERA must provide a report to the Minister for Energy on the Australian Energy Market Operator’s (AEMO) compliance with the Wholesale Electricity Market Rules and Gas Services Information Rules. The report includes AEMO’s annual audit reports, together with details of investigations carried out by the ERA for the reporting period.
