The ERA commenced its inaugural review of the Water Services Code of Conduct (Customer Services Standards) 2013 in July 2016. The ERA published its final decision on the review of the Code on 31 January 2018. The Water Services Code of Conduct (Customer Service Standards) 2018 was gazetted on 5 February 2018 and came into force on 1 July 2018.
