At meeting 2017-02 of the Market Advisory Committee (MAC), held on 14 June 2017, the MAC agreed to establish a permanent Working Group to assist the MAC in fulfilling its obligation under clause 2.3.1(b) of the WEM Rules to provide advice to AEMO regarding Procedure Change Proposals.
The Working Group’s scope of work includes consideration, assessment and development of changes to WEM Procedures which the WEM Rules require AEMO to develop.
AEMO provides the secretariat for the Working Group. The only standing member of the Working Group is the Chair appointed by AEMO. The current Chair is Greg Ruthven.
