In 2010, the ERA undertook an inquiry into the Chicken Meat Industry Act 1977. The ERA received eight public submissions in response to an issues paper and a draft report. Submissions received as part of that process that were able to be made public are published below.
The ERA’s final report was delivered to the Treasurer on 1 November 2010 and tabled in Parliament on 29 November 2010.
