In 2008, the ERA undertook an inquiry into the operation and effectiveness of grain marketing in Western Australia as prescribed by the Grain Marketing Act 2002. The ERA received 16 public submissions in response to an issues paper and a draft report. Submissions received as part of that process that were able to be made public are published below.
The ERA’s final report was delivered to the Treasurer on 27 June 2008 and tabled in Parliament on 25 July 2008.
