In 2012, the ERA undertook an inquiry into Western Australia’s home indemnity insurance arrangements. The ERA published 37 public submissions in response to an issues paper and a draft report. Submissions received as part of that process, which were able to be made public, are included below.
The ERA’s final report was delivered to the Treasurer on 28 June 2013 and tabled in Parliament on 10 September 2013.
