In 2012, the ERA undertook an inquiry into the efficient costs and tariffs of the Water Corporation, Aqwest and the Busselton Water Board for the three year period from 2013/14 to 2015/16. The inquiry also produced recommendations on the most appropriate level and
structure of water storage charges to the South West Irrigation
Management Co-operative (Harvey Water).
The ERA received 15 submissions in response to an issues paper and draft report. Those submissions which were able to be made public are included in the table below.
The ERA's final report was delivered to the Treasurer on 26 November 2012 and published in January 2013.
