In 2011, the ERA undertook an inquiry into the efficiency of Synergy’s costs and electricity tariffs. The ERA received 18 submissions in response to an issues paper and draft report. Submissions received as part of that process that were able to be made public are published below.
The ERA's final report was delivered to the Treasurer on 5 June 2012 and tabled in Parliament on 3 July 2012.
