In 2007, the ERA undertook an inquiry into competition in the water and wastewater services sector in Western Australia. The ERA received 58 public submissions in response to an issues paper, a draft report and a further consultation report. Submissions received as part of that process that were able to be made public are published below.
The ERA’s final report was delivered to the Treasurer on 30 June 2008 and tabled in Parliament on 29 July 2008.
