Full Retail Contestability Costs Assessment

In 2002, AlintaGas Networks Pty Ltd applied for the costs of developing systems associated with the introduction of full retail contestability in Western Australia to be costs that could be recovered under an access arrangement. The legislation at that time did not allow the Regulator to include these type of costs. The legislation was amended and AlintaGas Networks resubmitted their request in 2003.
