ERA Determinations on Exemptions from the Technical Rules

Western Power may apply to the ERA for an exemption from one or more requirements of the Technical Rules for itself and all applicants, users and controller of its network.

The ERA is Western Australia's independent economic regulator. We aim to ensure the delivery of water, electricity, gas and rail services in Western Australia is in the long-term interest of consumers.
