Compendium of Gas Customer Licence Obligations (also known as the Gas Customer Code) The Energy Coordination Act 1994, provides powers to the ERA to establish licence conditions. The ERA has established a series of licence obligations related to the conduct of retailers and distributors in relation to the supply of gas. These licence obligations are known as the Compendium of Gas Customer Licence Obligations (also known as the Gas Customer Code) and compliance with these provisions is a condition of the gas trading and distribution licence. |
Gas Marketing Code of Conduct The Energy Coordination Act 1994, provides for the making and amendment of the Gas Marketing Code of Conduct by the Economic Regulation Authority ( ERA ) . Licensees and marketers are required to comply with the performance obligations in this Code. |
