Unofficial Consolidated Version of the Access Code

The Public Utilities Office has prepared an unofficial consolidated version of the Code and subsequent amendments.

Consumer Price Index Adjustments

Where the Access Code refers to an amount being "CPI Adjusted", the Economic Regulation Authority is required to adjust the amount from 1 July each year and publish the figure. The following CPI adjustments have been made:
