Expression of Dissatisfaction or Complaints

A verbal complaint may be made with the Economic Regulation Authority (ERA) by telephoning (08) 9213 1905. An audio recording will be made of your feedback or complaint. If your feedback or complaint is longer than the allocated recording time, please redial the number to continue recording your comments.

The ERA is not responsible for dealing with individual complaints about electricity, gas or water. If you have a complaint about your electricity or gas service please contact the Energy Ombudsman. If you have a complaint about your water service please contact the Department of Water. However, if you have a complaint about the ERA in particular, please complete the form below.
