The ERA officially supports the following web browsers for browsing the ERA's website:

• Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or higher (Windows).
• Mozilla Firefox 1.x or higher (Windows, Mac, Unix).
• Safari 1.3 or higher (Mac).

Please note the ERA's website has been designed for optimised browsing at a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher.

Viewing Documents

Document-based information published on the ERA's website is primarily made available in Portable Document Format (PDF) files. In order to read PDF files you will require the free Adobe Reader software package, which is available to download from the Adobe website at www.adobe.com/products/reader/.

Increase Text Size on Web Pages

You can increase the text size of the pages comprising the ERA’s website by following the instructions for your browser below:

Internet Explorer

From the browser top menu: Select, View > Text Size > Largest.

Firefox

From the browser top menu: Select, View > Text Size > Increase.

Safari

On your keyboard, hold the “Command” key then press the “Plus sign” (i.e. +) key.

Request an ERA Document in an Alternative Format

You can request ERA created documents that are available on its website in the following alternative formats:

• audio (mp3);
• printed (hard copy);
• large print (electronic or hard copy);
• plain text (electronic - suitable for screen readers); and
• Braille.

Submit a Verbal Submission

Submissions to the ERA do not need to be written submissions. You can make a verbal submission to the ERA by telephoning (08) 9213 1905, where an audio recording will be made of your verbal submission. If your submission is longer than the allocated recording time, please dial the number again to continue recording your submission.

If you would like to contact or provide feedback to the ERA, or lodge a formal complaint with the ERA, please complete the form on the Contact us page.

Alternatively you can: contact, or provide verbal feedback, to the ERA; or lodge a verbal complaint with the ERA, by telephoning (08) 9213 1905.
